Etizan is a center for consultancy and training under Qatari management with a license of the Qatar Ministry of Education and Higher Education. It was founded with the purposes of updating and improving the professional knowledge and administrative skills required for better performance of individuals and institutions, developing a better understanding of professional qualifications, being the center of excellence in training by forming a friendly learning environment leading to high competency, promoting various institutions in handling their challenging and complex administration issues to gain constant enhancement in their performance, and developing Etizan into a regional center of excellence through strengthening the knowledge base in areas of administration, consultancy, and training.
